Request: Contact Info for ANFI, First Premier, GEMB, LVNV, and/or Salute?

Does anyone have a good contact address (snail or email) for ANFI, First Premier, GEMB, LVNV, and/or Salute?

I realize that's a lot of requests rolled into one, but I would greatly appreciate a PM if anyone has a good contact for any of these.

I've found snail mail addresses for all of them, but if anyone has a specific contact that's worked or a good email address for any of these, I'd really appreciate a PM. Thanks!

What is the purpose of the contact with them?

Are these all debt collectors? 

Is your contact purpose a debt validation request, a dispute of credit reporting, a request for payment for deletion, or a GW request?

If a DV request, you send it to the address provided in their collection/dunning notice to you.

If the purpose is to disptue their reporting accuracy, then the contact address is specfified as the address that they have reported in your credit file.

If a PFD or GW request, you normally send it to their collections dept.

If you are trying to go "over the heads" of staff normally receiving such letters, then I have no addresses to offer.

These are PFDs and GWs. I was trying to bypass the low-level people who open mail at the general box and make it some some kind of manager. The drones can only follow the instructions they've been given.
