Will a request to remove a dispute reset the SOL?
I found a form provided by Minland.

It will not reset the clock for the SOL nor the CRTP.

State codes that provide for reset of SOL are based on some act of the consumer that is considered related to the obligation for the debt itself, such as admission of obligation, payments, or firm offers to pay. Such acts, at least inferentially, may deter a creditor from initiating legal action, and thus are viewed as basis to reset the SOL.
Hard to believe a consumer would play games, but......!
Disputes under the FCRA are directed at the accuracy of the reported information, and are thus simply a credit reporting matter.
