Requesting Guidance for Medical Collection

I've recently pulled my TU report and discovered a small medical collection with an initial date of 2007, last reported early 2009.  This collection does not appear on my other credit reports.

I have an idea of what this debt concerns, and am positive that this is mine.  I have the ability to pay this debt, but I would like to have this deleted from TU in return.

I've read about both HIPAA dispute, PFD and GW letters, and I'm not sure which is the best for my situation.   I would really appreciate your help with this!  Thank you.

Medical means use HIPAA

You can PIF with the OC (never the CA) and then start the HIPAA process. OR  You can start the process and make payment using the OC letter.
