Residential Credit Report Not Update

I am so confused on how this happened. I am supposed to close one a home in two weeks. In order to raise my score the necesary 10 points to raise my median score above 620 i had to pay off my credit card. On all my reports that I have pulled from Experian and TransUnion it shows the updated balance as $0. When I notified my lender this she pulled my report again and said the balance still had not been updated. How is this possible? All 3 of my credit reports show the $0 balance. I am so confused and need to get this taken care of ASAP.

Re: Residential Credit Report Not Update

There are many different places to obtain your credit report.  When the CRAs updated theirs it does not necessarily mean the place the lender used had updated their reports.
