Here is the reponse received this morning from the email I sent to have a settled account on my DH's report removed.
Good morning. We are assuming you want us to delete our trade line. If that is what you are asking, then we will honor your request. A ticket will be submitted today to have CACH, LLC taken off your credit report. You will need to allow 72 business hours after today before you check your credit report to see that it has been deleted.

I know that this is an older thread, but I'm new here and need some help. I have two accounts with CACH that I settled for. I sent a GW letter about 2 weeks ago, no response. Can someone tell me where I should actually be sending the letters to? Or maybe you have an e-mail address? These are two collections on my CR that is just KILLING my score.
Thanks in advance!

Yes, an email address would be most helpful, as I have a CACH LLC judgement against me. Speaking of which, would CACH handle the possible deletion on my report if I chose to settle the debt, or would it be my local court system?
