I sent a GW letter to the ny state dept of taxation asking to remove a 5 year old paid tax lien for $450. They called and said that they will not delete but have sent me a letter saying the lien was satsified. That does nothing for me because it's already listed as paid. And ideas on what, if anything, I should do next?
