Hello,
I am on the road to recovery with rebuilding my credit. I was able to get a mortgage 5 years ago, but then found myself as a single mother.
I have 26 rolling 30 day late payments - BOA Mortgage - this was sold to Nationstar Mortage last year
I have about 15-20 rolling late payments with Nissan
I have the following credit cards
Nemian Marcus - $500 limit
Credit One - $500 limit
Verve - $500 limit
Capital One Platnium- $300 limit
Capital One Hourney - $500 limit
Bloomingdales - $800 limit
Macy's - $600 limit
Express - $250 limit
Victoria Secret - $250
Limited - $250
Care Credit - $800
My scores are as follows
xperian - 562
Equifax - 527
Trans - 548
What is the best way to imrpove my credit and recover from those rolling late payments. I was approved for the credit card above other than NM,within the last 4 months. which is weird bc my scores are low. Any advice is appreciated. Thank You!
Pay on time. You could try to GW the lates. if they were only 30 day lates, then after a year of paying on time you should see a nice bump.
Thank You!

I know this is an old thread.. but just wanted to chime in and help where I can. Be VERY careful with that Verve card. Pay off in full at all times and put that on your list to be the first card to be closed when you qualify for higher end cards.
Hello,
I payed it off. Verve is at $0 balance!!
Not sure what you are calling a "rolling late payment" .....
Are you referring to a single late payment that continues to show as the current level of delinquency while the accunt remains delinquent, or are you referring to the reporting of new late payments?
Big difference.
