@Duncanrr wrote:Lets see how this one goes. I just sent my 8th GW letter to Verizon regarding my paid 2009 closed account. I started sending them letters in June 2012. The CO is the only one I have on my credit reports and was for the pitance of $109. UGGG
I have spent so much time on this account. Wish me luck.
So that's about one every month and a half. Hmmm...
I had recent success with LVNV and GW. I decided to send letters either monthly or upon receiving their response to mine, whichever came first. I mailed two addresses from my CRs and sent a fax on the same day. After round 4, they deleted. GWs really just require persistence and luck. I'd keep at it, but maybe see if you have other addresses or fax numbers you could add in to your rounds.
Good luck!

Only 3 of the letters went to same address (Executive relations). The other ones have been targeted at various people whom my research or this site has recommended that I try. Ive even contemplated stopping by their main office in Houston and hand delivering a letter the next time Im in that area for business.

Do they send responses to your GWs?

They have before but one of the previous ones from executive relations said they made their final decision and would no longer respond. I posted that letter here as it was poorly drafted and I was having some fun at their expense.
Eh. No such thing as a "final answer," unless the answer is "yes"
Not yet. Planetfeedback is my next stop.
