Rules for Early Removal?

I read on here you can ask a CRA for early removal. My friend has 2 collection accounts due to fall off in Nov this year. What would she have to do/say to get them removed early? Or is this just BS and they usually don't do it? Thx

As a general rule, TU will usually do EE's up to 6 months early, EX about 2-3 months early, and EQ about 1-2 months early. Call and ask for a supervisor and request that the account be deleted early. I might take several tries to get someone to do it. Good luck to your friend.
