SC Electric and Gas PFD

Hello,

Just as I was getting back on track, a chargeoff from SCE&G hit my credit report this weekend.  I had literally just broke back into the 700s.  It knocked my score down to 650, almost exactly back where I started 6 months ago.  

Anyway...I really want to pay it in full in exchange for removal form my credit report.  I've attempted to make such an arrangement with customer service...no dice.  I've tried emailing through the account with similar results.  Has anyone had any luck with them?  Mind sharing how you went about it?

You would want to send the PFD offer to the office of the CEO and if there are extenuating circumstances as to why its not paid I would include them in that PFD offer. Good luck in getting it resolved!
