I have a baddie on my report which I needed some understanding on what to do about it. Trying to raise my score so wife and I can buy a house.

Info pulled from AnnualCreditreport.com, I also have USAA CMS, but usually data there only goes back 48mos
It says, open and I havent been in contact with them since 2006. There is no payment history or status posted since 4/2009, which was CO. Should I do a PFD or Just dispute it as it seems they don't have good info and are reporting incorrectly. Any ideas?
