Does anyone know what the SOL is in Illinois for a account listed as "line of credit".
In IL it's ten years for written contracts, and five years for oral contracts. A line of credit would be considered a written contract.
SOL generally applies to ones *current* state of residence, not where the credit was originally issued, if that makes a difference.
