SOL Question

If I have an apartment complex claiming that I owe them money from when I moved out, what is the SOL on this debt?  I'm in Nebraska.

It lists:

Written   5 Years

Oral        4 Years

Promissory     6 Years

Open      4 Years.

I assume this would fall into the Written.  Is that correct?

Thanks, that's what I thought.  I just wanted to make sure.

On a better note, I had a collection from them on TU and EXP but not EQ.

I disputed them through the CRA, because I didn't think I owed anything, and they were both removed yesterday and today.  Small victories!!!
