We did come to an arrangement That I will pay them 200.00 on the 2nd and then 650.00 on the 16th and they will consider the debt settled and paid in full
He also emailed me a letter to that effect. He also said that since I was taking care of this that No one would have to go to court and that was all I needed to hear 
Now my daughter no longer has a cell phone, laptop, computer prividges, a TV, MP3, etc... for a very very LONG time.
also she can't get her driver's license in Feb like she was planning she now has to wait until she is 18!!!
