Ok So.... I haven't heard anything from the nice lady that I got in contact with at the Central Collections of San Bernardino. However, when I pulled my Experian report this afternoon, my PLUS score went from 649 to 704. I revied my accounts and apparently the one and only Collections that used to be there is no longer reporting. Could it be that they have removed the TL from my reports? "Ms. Scriben" must have been working her magic in that office like she said she would.
If so... Wooooohoooooo?!?! (Is it too early to celebrate, I still have to pull my TransUnion to see if it was removed there as well)
Looking good so far!!!!!!!

Alright so I pulled my TransUnion report via their free 7 day trial and the Collection Account is still there. Perhaps give them a few more days? I contacted the Collection Agency Monday and saw that the account was gone from my Experian Report.
The Collection Account was only reporting on: Experian and TransUnion. It never reported on my Equifax.

Well, I'd give it more than a few days. It can take up to 60 days for a deletion to take place. Deleting a TL is a manual process.
Scores | 2013-09-21 | Current |
Equifax | 630 (LP) | 755 (CK)/749 (Quizzle) |
Experian | 640 (FCR) | FICO 707 (Amex) |
TransUnion | 588 (CK) | FICO 754 (Barclaycard) |

+1
Since the CRAs do not communicate with each other, one does not know what the other is doing. Some CRAs just seem to take longer than others.
After a couple years of getting denied a Car Loan, Credit Limit Increases, and just recently a Discover IT Card... The one main BADDIE I had on my thin Credit Reports is officially GONE!!!
THE PROOF IS IN THE PUDDING!
Thank you Titanfold, Shogun, and Kroberts for being with me every step of the way. Man that got removed in RECORD TIME!

This single Derogatory mark of a Collection Account haunted me for the longest time. When I applied for Discover IT Student on 1/17/2014 I got denied and forced to get a co-signer for a measly $500 CL with the following score:
With Collection Account
EX FAKO Plus: 649
EQ myFICO: 700
TU FICO: of 689
And now just yesterday when Experian removed it, I pulled my report on their scoring site and got the following:
Without Collection Account (Deleted)
EX FAKO PLUS: 704
FICO: I WONDER?!?!?!?
