SW TICKIN' ME OFF!

I knew this was coming.  I made a charge on my CU CC 3 days after my due date (it had a 0 balance at this point).  I forgot that this card's report date is 7 days after so it reported a 51% increase in my card util.  SW was real quick to tell me score dropped 4 points but the last 2 times it went up I had to buy the score.....not kewl.

I know!!! That happened to me last time too and I think it's happening again but I am not trying to buy another score...so frustrating!

signguy17, you have to wait till the statement is cut, not always the creditor will report the same time each month. My due date is the 9th of each month. My statement cute usually falls between the 13-16th of the month. Once my creditor reports I wait 2 days then pay in full. Hopes this helps!!!

Its ok DaBears...it was a deposit on a cabin in the Smoky Mountains!  I was afraid if I waited I would miss is soooooooooo.  I aint fretting the score.  Im just ticked that SW seems real swift in getting a negative score out there but withhold the positive score increases so you'll buy an update.

I understand. Remember Score Watch is a product of Equifax. myFico has it as well but has tweaked it to their liking!!!! As of right now to my knowledge EQ is running 1 week behind with updating scores.

it reported on the 27th and today is the 29th.....that's not too slow.
