Does anyone have email/fax info for the CEO or any other high level management at Sallie Mae? If so could you please PM me the info. I am trying to send a GW letter about a few lates I've had from a couple years ago. Thanks in advance!
They seem very protective of the contact info of their executives. Below are the names of many executives, and the contact method SM wishes for you to use. Chances are good that the higher ups will not see your letter; however, that doesent mean that someone wont help you to get you to stop trying Hope this helps!

Office of the Customer AdvocateI just tried dealing with their "Advocate". The lady called & left me a vm at home and I tried to call her back for a week & she wouldn't return my calls. Finally got thru to her only to get a stupid answer that my lates prior to 2006 should fall off in 7 years (no kidding!) and that they shouldn't be affecting my credit score that much!? WHAT?!! If anyone has a good contact can you please PM me?
I'm going to try to contact their advocate office by email first and then by mail if need be b/c I have been trying to make payment arrangements since 2010 (I had a bad experience over the phone).
Holly did you ever have any success?
Anyone have a good contact to email GW's too? please msg me

Hi there, check your pm.
I haven't went back to them "yet" after the advocate said no. I got my score where the lender needs it for now so don't want to start any new 'drama' on my reports. But, after I get thru the mortgage process, I will be getting back to my friends at Sallie Mae
I can't tell you how many times I've tried on the phone with them.
It always ends up with a very prompt like script of "we have to report the correct information sir, there is nothing we can do"
I've gave up trying to call them
Please pm me Sallie Mae contact info. I have 5 120 day lates from September of 2011.
