I sent Sallie Mae a GW request to have two 90 day late marks removed from 2011 and 2012 and a 120 day late mark removed from 2011. (the loan has since been paid when I consolidated in 2013)
I received a response today stating that the info is accurate and will not be removed, but they updated my reports to say "completed investigation of FCRA dispute-customer disagrees".
Anyone have any experience with this?
Does this update help at all, or should I request they not put that statement?
Anyone have luck in trying numerous GW letters/calls even after declined?
