Sent an email to Sallie Mae yesterday to the office of the customer advocate and they called me today. They said they could not delete my baddies reported by them. I'm pretty bummed, but surprised to get a response so quick. Should I keep trying with them or let it go?

Keep sending. They can say no 100 times, but only have to say yes once.
