Hi there! Congrats! Would you mind sending me a PM with the contact info as well? I'm trying to remove 60 day lates from my account and want to be sure I include all the right info and contact them in the best possible way. Any help would be appreciated!

IDK if you guys are getting the PM's of info, but if you're not, just google "Credit Advocate Sallie Mae" and call that number. They will put you in touch with whoever's caseload you fall on. It takes some time to find the info, but it can be done, and calling the 1800 number for sallie is USELESSSSSSS
