Sallie Mae after BK

Hey everyone!  I posted this in the SL thread as well.

All my Sallie Mae Student loans are showing IIB on my CR, but I just got an updated statement from them, does that mean all of the negative flags, on my fico reports, will all be gone and start showing good? (paying on time)

If it was included in your BK the debt should show a 0 balance.  What does the new statement show?

Ya, they all show $0 on my CR, but that can't discharged right? Sallie Mae says my pay,met $318.00 is due 4/7.

A student loan can be discharged if you can show that paying it will be a financial hardship on you.

On my Equifax CR 5 of the 7 Sallie Mae accounts are showing IIB, but of them show a small balance and pays as agreed with a past 90, 120 day late  (IDK why)  So did they really get discharged??

It looks like it a common thing, I am wondering who I need to contact to get it to report right.

From the TL you posted it looks fine to me.  When something is included in BK it wipes out the debt but the late payments will still be there.  The TL will report the same as it would if it had not been included in BK as far as when it will be excluded from your report is concerned. 

Were these SL ever in collections or COd?

So do you actually think I don't owe anything any,ore? I called EQ just to ask a question, gave him no personal info, and he said Sallie Mae has to report the stuff for it to go back to pays as agreed. Nope never CO or collections. If it was actually discharged why does Sallie Mae say I owe them mula still?

I'm going to call Sallie Mae tomorrow to see if/when they will resume reporting paid/paying as agree on-time. Especially if I'm gonna get the paid off, I want the good credit for it. If they can't/don't do anything about it do I dispute them and say that I didn't IIB?
