My DH has several lates on his student loans too! Could you share your situation & reason they agreed to remove them? His came out of deferment & he ignored the notices. We finally got the forbearance backdated & another deferment so no payments have been made yet. They are deferred until November. Do you think we would have any luck with your contact if they are still deferred? Thanks for your help
