Who was your contact there? I know this is a little late but I just sent a letter asking to have 90 days missed payments removed on 11 loans that I thought were still in deferment and all I got back was a response that they would inform the credit bureaus that I disputed those late payments. I didn't indicate that at all in my letter to them, just that it would be tremendously helpful to have 11 late payments removed.
