When I sent off a PDF to one CA I received my letter back saying return to sender address unknown. A month later I received a letter from a new CA for the same account.n I just checked my CR (transunion & Experian) and the CA I sent the PDF to shows not the new CA. I want to pay this account off but wondering how do I go by doing this. Do I pay the new CA and then dispute the old CA? Do I still offer the PDF to the new CA? Do I mention the old agency to the new agency? Any help will be appreciated.
