Santander Success..maybe...

Hi everyone..over the past month or so, I have sent two emails to the office of the president at Santander Consumer USA. I'm trying to get some inaccurate late payments removed from my credit reports..Santander has them listed in the payment list as ok,ok,60,ok another instance it is listed ok,ok,90...this is obviously inaccurate reporting..This morning I received an email asking me to contact their credit department. Before I make the call, is there any advice or wording I should use during the conversation to help get these removed? Any and all thoughts are appreciated.

P.S. my car loan was paid off in Feb 2012
