Just got off the phone with representitive from Santander. He was extremely helpful. Have 2 accounts with them. Had a late post on both of them last fall during switchover from HSBC Auto and Citi Auto. Explained to him that the lates occurred during the switchover. He said they would update both accounts on all 3 credit bureaus within 30 days.
I had sent an email last week to their accounts department off their website and got an email today telling me to call them. Needed good news after a horribly stressful weekend at work,,, so yeah!

Congrats to you!! I am dealing with Santander on a similar issue, and received the exact same "auto-email" that you describe in your post. Can you provide any pointers as to what dept you dealt with to get your accounts fixed? I am really running into brick walls.

I called the number that they sent in the email. It wasn't the person who sent the email who I talked to but I told him my situation. This occurred during the switchover from the HSBC and Citi. He pulled up my accounts, I'm currently 3 months ahead on one and 6 months ahead of the other. He then said he'd take care of it. It was a legitimate dispute, that is what actually happened. The man was very helpful and understanding. .
