I received my letter today from Phillips and Cohen Associates for Santander.but the amount is now 9500.00, went up over 2000.00 more from the first amount reported.Letter has to contact them to resolve but I don't have the money to even pay. I am still within the SOL for 2 years so now I am really worried . On my credit report I pulled about 3 months ago it shows as Santander still owning the acct and on Experian it shows it is still owned by Santander as of yesterday. Should I even respond to the credit agency or just wait to see if I am offered a settlement and save as much as I can?
