Santander

I owe Santander around $300 I have the money to pay it.
It is NOT on my credit report and I'm hoping to keep it from getting there, it's from August.
I have relieved a letter from a law office to collect in the debt. Should I pay the law office? If I pay now do you think the law office and Santander will show up on my report in the future?

Re: Santander

I always try to pay the OC first. Contact Santander and try to pay them directly.

BTW, who/what is Santander?

Re: Santander

The standard procedure is to make a pay for NOT reporting offer, and get their agreement not to report priot to making the payment.
