Funny enough I have Santander... They said if I want to have it applied to principle I have to call and do a payment with them over the phone. Personally I trust them as far as I can throw my 6'5" 250 lb DH. I have been into my loan next month for 1 year! my interest is 19% I hate my car and I want to refi but I need that account to hit 1 year first!
