• Batches correspondence by type in preparation for scanning
• Scans all correspondence to file while ensuring accuracy

• Evaluates content of correspondence that are sent via XML, Fax, Regular Mail and Email
• Determines course of action to take based upon correspondence content and associated process flows
• Researches account notes and notates accounts accordingly
• Sends media requests and other correspondence to Clients as needed

I know people need jobs and this is one of them, but I would not be able to do this work, at all, never ever.
