Well, i feel pretty stupid.
Turns out, there was some sort of screw up, and for what ever reason, a judgement from a couple years ago didn't go on my report for 1 month, and that was the reason for the drastic increase.
I had thought x amount of time passed since a missed payment was the reason for it, along with recent a couple recent CLI.
But, no, it appears to have been updated again, and score has, in fact, dropped 27 points.
Oh well, at least I didn't LOSE ground.
