After what seems like months I finally got another score increase, paid my car loan off and get a 5 point increase to 650, been paying down my UTL down to 13% from about 50%, been adding a few prime cards. my EQ is my lowest score at 650, EX is 706 amex pull, TU myfico 683, TU walmart 720, when all my new accounts show I will be down to about 8% UTL. Perhaps the TU scores and EX scores will go up as well but not worth paying to get the latest update
Signed up for their 10-day free trial yesterday, and received my first alert later in the day. Received my 2nd alert this afternoon. Key is to set that new target to the exact score that caused the alert.

They strongly reccomend NOT setting it 1 or more points above/below the last score alert you were given. but rather set the new target exactly at the score you were just given. That's what I did and what others have done and subsequently are seeing better performance out of their SW account
