Been reading through for the last couple of months and thought I would contribute. Here is my re-build log as of 12/27/2013
Collections:
EOC-CCA- AT&T- Charge Off- $4,320 (Deleted after email to CEO after unanswered request for Verification)
LVNV Funding- GE Capital Card- $8,745 (Deleted after BBB Complaint after unanswered request for Verification)
Asset Acceptance- Barclays Juniper Card- $1,776 (Deleted after CFPB Complaint after unanswered request for Verification on Paid Charge Off)
Judgments:
Default Judgment LVNV GE Capital Card- $5556 (Vacated: Motion to Vacate was granted with consent after process server had license revoked for filing false affidavits of service. Lawyer tried to put case back on calendar, once I pushed for a traverse hearing they discontinued. SOL has passed if they refile) Note: Thought the Judgment removed from my Reports would have a big impact, and there was absolutely no change at all. That was a little disappointing.
Charge Offs:
EOC-CCA- AT&T- Charge Off- $4,320 (Deleted- See Above)
BarclaysJuniper Card-Charge Off- $1,587 (Equifax and Transunion Deleted. Having issue with Experian and NYS 5 year law for removing paid charge offs. CFPB Complaint filed against Experian)
Student Loan:
Defaulted- Direct Student Loan- $1800 (Payment history is reporting differently on Equifax than how it reports on Transunion- currently disputing for accurate reporting of payment history) Began rehabilitation as of last month.
Defaulted- Direct Student Loan- $1800 (Deleted Duplicate Listing Deleted Upon Dispute)

FAKO Scores-
I must say I'm a bit impressed. Bravo, job well done so far!
Thank you! I owe a lot of it to the people that post on these boards. After seeing all of the success people were having rebuilding their credit, I thought, "Hey, why cant that be me?" I followed a lot of the advice here, and went to work!
Credit has been something I havent really wanted to think about for a long time because of the negative feelings it gave me with all of my past mistakes. Now, im actually looking forward to the day when I need to have my Credit Report checked for something and knowing I wont have a knot in my stomach at the mention of it.
Wow, very impressive! Congratulations on all the hard work!

I bought my son a new car to go to college in. I sat down and looked at the finance guy eye to eye. I said if you can beat 1.9% then you can make the deal, otherwise I'm going with my own. He came back smiling, looked me in the eye and said 1.74%. I said "Sold". But boy did it feel good!

andand that right there is what motivates me!! I want to be in the same position when it's time to buy another car, house or whatever.
Update: My first Capital 1 Secured Card just reported to Transunion and my Transunion Fako jumped from 592 to 715.
Cant wait to see actual FiCO scores when they are calculated.
That is awesome as someone who has gone from a terrible report to a 100 clean report the feeling is great to know you can get just about anything you want. There is nothing worse that the rejection of someone telling to no all the time.
