I'm looking to rebuild credit.
I'm thinking one healthy step would be a secured loan (savings or CD). It looks like this might not be weighed as heavily as a credit card, but would give me more of a mix of credit types. Can anyone recommend a good Credit Union that has this type of loan available?
I looked into a few already. I'm not a member of the military, and DCU does a credit check. If possible, I'd like to avoid a hard pull for a secured loan. Any advice is appreciated.
