Sent Goodwill letter to GECRB.

I sent a goodwill letter to GECRB/PayPal through email. I receieved an email, and the lady wanted my contact number. I receieved a call and basically she says PayPal can't do anything to remove the Charge off on the CR because it's accurate, and because another CA owns the debt.

Is this true?

Should I keep trying to send goodwill letters?

Is it true? It can be true if the OC reports $0 and you never paid it, or you paid a CA after the OC sold the debt.

Send another GW. It might take many tries. Focus on writing and calling too.

Yep. The OC is reporting a $0 balance. I'll keep trying to send GW letter.
