Sent the collection agency a PFD letter... Got nothing back

I sent a PFD letter about 3 weeks ago, and I've still yet to hear back at all.  How long do these things usually take?  The account is for $900, and I offered to pay 100% of it for a delete.

Ok, so I just checked my Transunion report, and the address listed for the Collection Account with Verizon is different than when I ran my Equifax report a couple weeks ago.  Before it was a law office in Albany (where I sent the original PFD), but now my TransUnion report as of today gives this address:
500 Technology Dr
Suite 300
Weldon Spring, MO 63304

A quick google search came up with a lot of others who were confused much like myself.  This address seems to link to a possibly old Verizon address. 

What am I supposed to do here?  Send a PFD to this address? There's no company even listed.  Or should I call Verizon?

Good news is my TransUnion is 20 pts higher than my Equifax.

Call Verizon and see if the CA returned the account to them.
