Can you PM the full process, i have the same issue going on with NCS for 5529!! I already requested a DV and they responded with a a letter exactly like yours along with the move out statement and copy of my lease. Im wondering though the apartment complex gave me a resident ledger that show the charges and also shows the write offs to bring my balance to zero. and they said they have a new system they work out of and dont have a way to show what all was sent to NCS. i have no clue about the laws of anything here (lol) in colorado about the whole debt stuff. any help is greatly appreciated!!
