Served papersthen Paid before Judgement

I have an ambulance bil on my CR from 2006. It has been listed on my report since 2007 with HillCrest CA. It is listed as paid and i wondering How or if i Can get this off my report. It isnt my only collection and is quite old so im not sure if it is even worth trying to remove or if i should just let time take its course. If i should try and get deleted how?

Re: Served papersthen Paid before Judgement

If you paid it before judgment, then there shouldn't be a judgment and it shouldn't be on there. It is pretty easy to handle actually. I had one, and I went to the court house to get a copy of the paperwork for the case. There was no paperwork, because they vacated the case prior to the court date. I challenged through the CRA (I know most people on here say not to, but in this case I PERSONALLY thought it was the best way to go) and they didn't verify and it dropped off the credit report.
