a collection agency reported that I owed a debt of $2100.00 and I disputed this debt and requested validation. This dispute went on for (2) years The credit agencies posted it was reported my debt. It was not my debt. The collection agency hired an attorney and suited. I went to prelim exam and it sent to non-jury trial.The attorney that I seek wanted $2000-1000 to represent me. I had $900 and I settled for dismissal of judgement. It was granted and the collection list (0) zero balance. Can I demand validation of this debt for removal of negative
posting? It was never my debt!
