Settling medical debt advice?

There was a period of a few months where I didn't have health insurance last year. Got financial help from the hospital and only had to pay them 100 or so. Now I have bills from the PA that are in collection, 2 already reported. The amounts are 825, 613 and 613. There is no way I can afford to pay these in full so I'm looking to settle them. Need a little advice on how low you can settle medical debt and set up payments or something. I want to do this to prevent them from reporting the 3rd one.
