Seven out of Twelve collections are gone

The Twelve collection I had left on my report are all for medical.  Seven of them just dropped and yet my Score hasn't changed.  Other then those five old medical collections I haven't had a negative in over 3 years.  I do have more then 65% util on my CC's.  Any ideas as to why my score stayed the same?

I would guess since the collections were so old they were really not affecting your score all that much. Once you last one falls off  you may see some improvement. Then again if its your last collection it may put you in a different bucket and your score could actually fall a little bit.
