I have a shaws acct from 2 years ago and I have 5 30 days late on it. The acct now has a zero balance. Should I ask them to delete the trade line or just remove the lates as a good will? BTW it says acct closed by credit grantor, if that makes a difference. The lates were all in 2010

I'd ask for the lates to be removed. They're old and minor derogs, so actually they shouldn't be hurting too much. What else is on your CR? If you have a thin file and you have the TL removed, you may even see a drop.
