I just today had success with this- after a lot of trial and error! VS $500 and Overstock $2,000. No luck with West Elm. Pottery Barn, Crate & Barrel, My Points Visa or Buckle.
- Be sure your address and phone numbers match what's on your CRB reports- in my case I opted to use my work number which has an area code matching my address (mobile # that I use all the time has an east coast area code and I live on the west coast now)
- Using Firefox and an Incognito window may have contributed to my success as well
Overstock asked for the whole SSN# and not just the last 4.
I did make very small purchases with each new account.
