Shopping cart trick worked

After trying every now and then for 2 months i finally got approved for an express next card. I put 1 item in the cart and proceeded to check out entered my info and voila i got the pop up...thank you board! I really wanted a VS but no love tonight from vickies.. this how ever gets my foot in the door and opens the door..I am re-building score on TU is 624 exp 608 and eqi 583...

after statement cut and payment try VS again.  Comenity will see you have paid and may start to open up to you.  JCrew shows move LUV than express.  To me anyway.

Congrats on the new TL!  I had the opposite issue...Express never popped up for me, but I got VS without issue.

This always confuses me...so you put something in your cart and fill out shipping info....

when do you get a popup? I know it doesnt happen all the time but if I was going to get one, when would it happen? After putting in my payment information?

You have to go all the way to Billing Info, it checkes billing address to popup the application.  I got both JCrew and Express. Not intersted in a pink card

You put an item or two in the cart then proceed to check out enter your billing info when i finnished putting in my zip is when i got the pre appproval it asked me for my social last 4 and dob. I got the card number well the last 4 digits and i could purchase but i cleared cart

I have gotten the J. Crew pop-up twice but it doesn't show the credit limit.  I haven't accepted either time tho.  I don't shop there.  And $155 for a baby sweater is not for me! (wow)
