Should I Even Bother?

I did an ap for First Premier cc, I curently have a card w/them & when I logged in, a pop up came up to apply for a new card. Well I choose to do so but later received a letter in the mail saying they were unable to do so, due to an alert on my CR. Should I dispute this to get this off?

I would recommend trying for a card from anywhere else over First Preemie. Have you tried the rebuilder cards from Cap1 or HSBC, or any store cards ?
