Re: Should I dispute in the NCO financial

I have NCO as well and it's been paid in full but still in my file. I just placed a dispute with my CRA and hopfully they'll remove it. If that doesn't work then I'll do a "GW". From what I heard, when you dispute first through your CRA, as long as it says "paid in full" usually they'll delete it without confirming because they don't have the man power to make calls since it already says "paid in full". So I think try to disoute wth CRA first then "GW" letter as plan b. I'll let you updated with my results. Good Luck!!

Re: Should I dispute in the NCO financial

DELETED!!! Ok, a summary of what I said in my last posting. I had a collection account that was paid with NCO Financial that was still lingering aroung on my files. I sent a dispute online with Experian and today I got my result as "DELETED". So disputing online does work and that should be your first step because it's the easiest. So I'm very happy and this is another step in the right direction.
