Should I dispute these?

I'm working on gaining every point that I can from my credit reports. I pulled the EQ report tonight. 3 things that I see -

1 - $510,000 mortgage - 1 30 days late, 1 60 days late, 1 90 days late and 11 120 days late. House forclosed on in March of 2009 and included in my BK that was discharged in 2/10.

Don't know if not being listed as Included in Bankruptcy is hurting me.

2 - 1 30 days late auto loan payment. I don't recall that payment being late. It's almost 5 1/2 years. Does it even matter now?

3 - Auto loan is listed as Included in Bankruptcy. I actually kept the vehicle and paid it off in 2010. There is a note that says Consumer Disputes After Resolution. There were a number of late payments towards the end. Don't know if there is anything else that I can do with it and if there is, if it's better to just leave it in the BK listing.

I'm going to work on the other 2 and also compare to see if some have things listed that others don't. The report that I'm working on is currently my best score of 699.

Thanks!

Re: Should I dispute these?

If it was IIB then whether you get points or not it should be reporting as IIB.  I would dispute it and send copies of my BK paperwork to the CRA.

Did you file a chapter 7?  All debt is included and you either reaffirmed or did a ride thorugh.  I am not really sure how these would be listed.

Re: Should I dispute these?

Yes, I filed Ch 7.  I guess that auto loan would be considered a ride through. I believe it was listed as a debt but I paid on it then sold it/paid off the loan.
