Should I try

Should I try to settle all my Collection and charge-off account or pay them in full...then send good will letters. Thanks

Try for PFDs first.  Maybe you can get some of them off that way.   Don't just pay and hope for a GW, it may come to this later, but give the PFDs a try first.

PFD = Pay For Deletion (or maybe it's Paid instead of Pay)
