That is enough to grow your scores if you use them responsibly and let your score increase.
I would add one more secured card - try to find one that 'graduates' to unsecured.

Lots of Credit Unions that don't do hard pulls for secured cards - look at SDFCU, NASAFCU, DCU, Navy Federal (if you are eligible), I'm sure others can come up with more suggestions.
