It depend, is the DOFD or DOLA Feb 03?  Accounts can stay on your report between 7 and 7.5 yrs. so it could stay on til Aug 10.

DOFD is Feb 2003   (eatmorechicken72 is my husbands screenname so this is the same person)

If the DoFD is Feb 2003, it will fall off anywhere between Feb 2010 and Aug 2010.  Should be off soon.
